Baby Yoga (suitable from 8 weeks)
Suitable for babies over the age of 8 weeks old, who have their doctors check to confidently crawling.

Baby yoga is a lot more interactive than massage and during the classes the baby does yoga as well as mum. We combine postnatal-friendly poses with songs, rhymes and swings, which leave babies giggling and parents smiling.

 

Baby yoga is a fun relaxed class and has lots of benefits for you and your baby.

  • Improves muscle strength, tone and flexibility.

  • Helps baby to meet milestones - rolling, sitting, crawling, standing and walking.

  • Teaches baby about their bodies and helps with coordination.

  • A great physical and mental workout for your little one - they often sleep better!

  • Boosts circulatory and digestive systems.

Each session lasts between 45 minutes - 1 hour approx.

The classes include:

  • Warm up

  • Yoga moves for your little one

  • Sensory activities

  • Relaxation

  • Social time with a drink and a biscuit.

Toddler and Kids Yoga
Toddler Yoga - Suitable for confident crawlers to age 18 months/2 years.
Kids Yoga - Suitable from 2 - 5 years approx.

Toddler and Kids yoga is great for your little one to learn about their bodies and improve coordination, balance and flexibility. 

A fun, relaxed class which is none competitive and judgmental. 

  • Improve muscle strength, tone and flexibility.

  • Helps with balance, walking and coordination.

  • Teaches children about breathing using their breathing to help with relaxation.

  • A great physical and mental workout for your little one, helps with concentration.

  • A great starting point for them to learn some yoga!

Each session lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour approx. The classes include:

  • Warm up

  • Yoga moves for your little one

  • Games and activities.

  • Relaxation and breathing.

  • Social time with a drink and a biscuit.
